I recently had the pleasure of spending a week at Casa Helena, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations in ways I had not anticipated. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality from Sicilio and his family was exceptional; they not only provided us with a delicious breakfast each morning but also accommodated our every request, including arranging a local taxi for our outings. The charming round room we stayed in was both basic and immaculate, featuring a lovely sitting area where we could unwind after a day of exploring. The impressive location near the old crater and the highest volcano added a unique charm to our stay, making our experience even more memorable. I particularly appreciated the personalized attention they offered, such as expert advice on hiking trails and transportation logistics, which made our family trip seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend Casa Helena to anyone seeking an authentic and welcoming experience on their travels.
